Default SPRAY CAN PAINTS

Yo' good people!

Just wondering, r the spray can paints which r sold at the diy/hardware shops (cost between RM6- RM10/can) r suitable to b used for 'resin type bodyshells' ? Will it 'corrode' the shell? Will it 'fade' as time goes by?

Your advises, good people, is highly appreciated!

Thanks

y can try some plastic primer before u spray ur colour can... it cost around rm25 per can... then buy some good arclyc paint, ie. samurai, etc (around rm10 per can)... but remember to spray only thin layer of these colour can as they tend to crack if they r too thick...

for best finishes, use those polycarbonate paint, ie tamiya, kyosho, fastkolor, etc...

hi

anyone know which paint to use to get the mirror type chrome finish?
Ive bought one type from Tamiya but its more like sparkle silver rather than chrome.

i second this.. but becarefull when peeling ur masking.. coz the paint bond is strong.. so u have to carefully take off masking after u paint..

paint shop  hardware shop...

i did that on my bodyshell

i will gave a big **TUMP ** up for the quality.. and the price... not more than RM10 some sell RM12 wahahhaa...

but still unmatch for tamiya polycarbonate paint ~~ because my skill suck always bang here and there... lolz.. so far the best paint before tamiya is samurai lo... it hard to tear off... unless heavy impact or crack...

and SAY NO to RM5 paint

here a sample

Rm 120 a hpi bodyshell + a RM5 spray can =====> Rm 20 end out for sales at rctech

RM 120 a hpi bodyshell + Rm20 tamiya polycarbonate spray ====> satification gurrenty and can keep for a long term ~ and if bang the paint also won't crack the paint... if bang to much ~~~ also end out with put it for sales at Rctech ~~ RM 50
