Nitro to petrol conversion
Does anyone know this kit available in Malaysia market? much more economical if bash with petrol. http://www.nelsonhobby.com/prospark.html

From what I know, these conversion kits are meant for .90 size engines and above and they are meant for airplane engines. Unless your intended application is for airplanes then it is feasable. Furthermore, the conversion kit I know cost around Rm1000+.
Fitment of the spark plug would be the other challange assuming you intend to fit it onto a .21 or .28 engine.
I do agree with you that petrol powered cost a lot less. I had a 26cc petrol powered boat before(see my avatar) and with RM2 of petrol can last the whole day of bashing.
I had this idea too during my heli flying days when my nitro .90 engine heli burns up about 500cc of 30% nitro fuel in slightly over 10 minutes.

I saw a Diesel system for R/C at the classifieds section of an R/C magazine, forgot which one. Wait lah, I'll search for that mag and scan it and post it here. Quite interesting

the plug can fix ngam ngam out nitro engine.
big size engine like .28 maybe works la. theory, i heaven t try. small size i dun think so.
bro, use nitro la, else go for baja5a.
after convert, car will be slow . but can cheap, play until u muntah,
