get the aluminium rear bearing inserts for the rear bulkheads...cos the composite ones can't take the heat from the diff case making it sloppy after 2-3 gallons...the slop is more evident in the truggy. Another remedy is to use CA on the composite insert where the 2 rear bearing sits.. it works too.
As for the steering servo horn try not to use the white insert ones..they will strip. For the throttle servo you can use the white insert ones...but if you're uncomfortable with it, you can modify the servo horn that comes with your servo by drilling holes at both ends to accept the linkages.
Tightened the truggy/buggy servo saver spring a further 1mm from stock and use a LITTLE BIT of loctite on the edge of the spring nut to prevent it from loosening.
That's all I can think of....will try to post more of my findings that I can remember if there is any.

Info, Infos....and more Infos on what's about to hit our shores
Beginning with the blueprints for the worlds most innovative race buggy, Team Losi set out to design a true competition Truggy that would continue the 8IGHT legacy. Created with passion and perfected by obsession, the 8IGHT-T will redefine Truggy racing with what might be called an unfair advantage. The 8IGHT-T Race Roller is the first competition-level, performance-built truggy based on Team Losis ground-breaking 4WD nitro platform. The Team Losi 8IGHT-T features the centrally mounted motor, oversized shocks, ultra-narrow chassis configuration, 4-shoe clutch and many more ingenious features that yield both performance and durability you cant find in other truggy designs.
And Team Losi has gone one step further, offering this innovative new race chassis pre-built and pro-tuned. Using track-tested tuning setups from top nitro racers, the Truggy is professionally dialed and assembled in a race-ready configuration. All you have to add is an engine and radio system, then take the track by storm. The 8IGHT-T brings the latest high-tech components and pro-level race parts to the truggy class, complete with a long list of features that are only available as options on other trucks. The revolutionary drivetrain, meticulous attention to detail and brilliant design are simply unmatched. The 8IGHT-T offers the enthusiast a 21st century off-road racer that is easy to tune, easy to maintain, and most of all easy to drive fast.
Hand assembled factory-built race chassis prepared to Team Losi Racing's specifications
Unique narrow chassis configuration for quicker handling and improved ground clearance
Innovative drivetrain layout with centrally mounted engine positioning
Oversized, hard anodized shock bodies with threaded collars
4mm thick machined aluminum chassis
Removable one-piece radio tray with separate boxes for the receiver and battery
Staggered brake disk sizes for better brake balance and feel
Sealed front and rear differential housings keep dirt out of the gears
Zero bump steer design with adjustable Ackerman
Captured hinge pins require no retaining clips
Four shoe easily tuned clutch with oversized inner bearing
New XTT tire designed specially for truggy-class racing
.060" unpainted polycarbonate body aero-engineered for peak performance

NEWS: Robban (Robert Gustavsson - Team Losi Europe Driver) TQ'ed and 3rd in Nordic Champs!
Qualifying:
Right, after a nice 6hour driver we're in Stockholm! the capital of Sweden! The sun is out and the weather is great Here are the results after qualification: as you can see...Sweden RULE! Ok - so Robban Gus is TQ, followed by Christoffer Svensson - same top 2 as last weekend's Swedish Nationals....
Only Robban and Christoffer have managed 9 lappers, with the track changing loads from round to round. Wet and muddy this morning, drying as the day went by. Fastest run by Christoffer in Round 2, and fastest lap by JoeyQ also in Rnd2 i think. The track is pretty hard and technical with a couple of large jumps, it's sure to change for tomorrow as it dries further.
The Finals:
JQ has taken victory at the Nordics - a well deserved victory; now 4 Nordic wins to his name! The start was pretty messy, Robert assumed the lead after Christoffer got taken out, and then fought a bit with Joe, who after a while dropped back. Christoffer was now last and pushing his way up. By about 10mins it was clear that Robert was really flying, his car looked real good, JQ was fighting with other drivers, while Robert was able to build a lead. Christoffer was now fighting his way up and fast, using an aggressive fuel strategy he was able to fight back. By about the 20-25min mark Robban's lead was down and JQ was really looking strong, Robban had a few bad laps including one notable moment where a marshall literally held his car for 5secs and let about 4 drivers past giving him massive traffic. JQ capitalised and thru fuel stops began to build a serious lead. Robban fell back, and was caught and passed by Christoffer. By about 35mins, Joe was still pushing, having lapped everyone but Chris in 2nd, Linus was also pretty close to Robban in 4th & 3rd... In the end, Joseph took a great victory, followed by Christoffer close to/or a lap down, then Robban.
