Default HPI Savage Flux HP

Hello Guys,

I'll be getting 2 brand NEW HPI Savage Flux HP from US, and will sell one off New In Box.

Price : RM 2,400 (including Poslaju).

If you want extra parts like pinion gears, spur gears, etc, let me know.

Thanks!

Sure. What size of pinion u want, and the size of the spur gear too. Better yet, u can go towerhobbies.com and let me know which one, and I'll get it for u. Just take the price * 3.6 (for import tax and shipping).

Same goes to motor mount.

Hi Peter! I have both. I am sure Necro, Roschak, Aqeel all have both. The two of them have distinct differences in terms of characteristics! ERBE is fast and agile! FluxHP is tough and brutal! Both running with similar spec engine. To my humble opinion I am more into flux! Listening to the bulletprove spinning gears already shiok! And never break down(though I am still getting the pinion, spur and mount just for spare). My ERBE already broke the A arm during collision with the newly installed fire hydrant in my taman(bare in mind the fire hydrant also tilted at least 30 degree). High speed collision. Both are nice trucks.
I will go check on towerhobbies and revert back. But hav you checked with Graffitti RC (Berjaya TimeSquare) perhaps you can get as good deal?

Hello Johann,

Thanks for the review on the differences between the 2. I was contemplating between the 2 as well, as both of them can run on 6S Lipo. Since i geared towards bashing (and hopefully minimal repairs), i chooses Flux.

The thing is i can't find any online stores selling Flux (other than 1 store selling at ridiculous RM 3,990). Thus, i decide to buy from TowerHobbies.

I didn't check with Graffiti RC because i'm from Penang. Don't travel there often.

Of course, if combined shipping, then i would save more. :-)

try The RC Shop at 7th floor Berjaya Times Square. I believe, you can get a good deal from there at around the same price or slightly less. Just talk to the owner - Desmond. A nice fella to deal with. Postage - he can be trusted. Just let his regular customers of MyMTRG knows that you are buying. Like Johan, we are willing to give a helping hand on this required trust.

Hi Aqeel, selamat hari raya! Aduh sekarang pula racun 1:10 EP touring! If I knew earlier I wouldn't had started! Maintenance is two folds of monster trucks!

Just the initially set up only. Once you master it...it wont be so costly...except the tyre and belt.

Hello Leong,

When i read forumer's review on HPI Savage Flux HP vs Traxxas E-maxx brushless or E-Revo brushless, many said HPI can tahan more bashing. That's why i choose to get HPI instead.

If i get my finance minister's approval, i might take both HPI and Traxxas back. :-)
