Hello I have a Elangears X2 charger im going to be selling and seen your wanted add. I want $240 paypal shipped. Works great no problems with it. I very rarely use it so thinking i should sell it. Let me know if your interested. Thanks Justin

Yeah pretty sure it can. Voltage can be adjusted up and down.
