Guy is solid in customer service. Amain is stupid if they ever let this guy go.

Longtime Amain buyer and was curious on how to get around small issues with my last few orders. When you see/want an item that says "shipped in x # of days" can you put these items on a separate shipment as to not hold up the other items for a small fee or ? I don't mind items taking longer to get but to hold up an entire shipment for say one part is what I am trying to avoid.

Thanks for any information

Thanks. I appreciate the reply.

I am on the phone nearly all day and don't have the time/want to call to have an order shipped separately. No big, I'll just not order those parts that have the Shipped in X number of days. Coincidentally i received a e-mail from AMain today for a BO item asking if i wanted to cancel or BO and it will ship at a later date. Not wanting to use the phone i used the Chat with me thing. I think that there must be some confusion then. See pic. Seems as though an item or items cannot be shipped separately.

Take a look at the order date and what today is. I am a patient man but the last few orders were this way and hate to order from two or three companies but i may just have to. Shouldn't ever take this long for a shipment IMO. Not when 90% of the order is truly "In Stock".

You can chat in if you can't call and just ask us to split it. Or do not order the part we are waiting on. We order and do not get the order filled 100% by many manufacturers, the hobby is back HUGE, but the manufacturing cannot keep up with the demand. We are waiting on Redcat for this part. We don't control how fast manufactures get us parts, I wish we did!

I am glad that Marc helped you, but you must understand...reverse polarity voids warranty. Marc took this back at our loss to help you, I am glad you got taken care of.
