Default MBX7 BUGGY GAS CHASSIS FROM M2C RACING

we have tested and tweeked these chassis to provide the racers a top notch chassis that will perform very well on all surfaces.

this model is made for the tracks with a high wear charastics such as we have in western states , up north and canada .

this model will give you a much longer chassis life than other models as you can replace the steel skid plates and be back to a new

chassis thickness.

It is important to note that these skid plates fit flush to the bottom of the chassis and will not effect the droop settings and cause you to

scrub speed on the landings.

FEATURES:

hardened droop screw stops to prevent chassis wear and droop changes.

A tapered milled out area for the clutchbell to help prevent clutchbells from hitting the chassis during chassis flex.

steel front and rear skid plate

weight 291 grams

Replacement skid plates for chassis

5307 front skid plates ( both plates in pack)

5308 Rear skid plate

We have also champhered the leading edges of the chassis to help prevent drag.

Default M2C 5735 REAR BULKHEAD BRACE

This part idea came from Bobby Pettit and friends.
When a vehicle lands on its lid.
There is a lot of vertical stress put on the 3 mm screws which bolt the rear chassis brace to
the bulkhead. It is especially true with the Electric buggy due to the added
weight of the battery.
this part is designed to reduce the stress on the plastic cross brace by anchoring it to the shock tower.

Default MBX7 DELRING PILLAR BALL RETAINER BUSHINGS

These bushings are made using delrin, which is a much harder plastic
than the stock models that come with the kits. these bushings are machined and produce a very smooth surface which will allow you to fine
tune the amount of play between the pillar ball and the bushing.
It seems that over time, the stock bushings will wear a flat spot at the top
of the bushing. If not changed the bushing will develop some play.
And when we remove or adjust them to remove the play the worn spot may rotate.
then for some reason the pillar ball will unscrew the stud.

We have tested them for several months now and feel confident that
this will take less maintenance and allow a more precise fit.
