2012 Jconcepts 1:8 Spring Nationals - May 25-27
The Jconcepts Spring National is back and better than ever.
This will be the first year inside the new nitro friendly Hobbyplex offroad 2.0. 16 garage doors surround our 15,000 square foot building, providing plenty of ventilation and maintaining the outdoor feel while guaranteeing the race. No more rainouts! Jason Ruona will be back, as well as the midwest's best 1/8th scale racers. Just a few things to add as we get closer. Our working pits will be installed this week just in time for our first Summer Series nitro day on the 1st. The warmth has allowed us to start finishing off what needs to be done. Entries are pretty good this far out.

I need to make an educated guess on how many lower main plaques there are when I order the awards. If you're planning on making the trip, help me out and get on rcsignup.com tonight and enter the race.
Sign up will stay open until the day of the race, I just don't want to be short on lower main plaques.:D |
Just found out we have a big box coming from Jconcepts, with not only shirts and door prizes and banners, but also a bunch of tires that are out of stock just about everywhere else.
We'll have green and blue Hybrids in stock as well as the new Black Jacket tire that looks like it should work really well. We also got some door prizes from Team Associated, Trakpower, Much More, and Tekin, with more to come in the next week. The track change will happen next Tuesday. I have some cool things in mind. Plaques were ordered today based on pre-entries and a guess of what we'll have. I also got liverc going. I super excited about this year's race. |
