What is the deadline date for gettinng an event T-shirt for this race?

Flyer says, "First 25 paid entries will receive 1 t-shirt. Deadline for a shirt is April 29th."

It's no biggy on things getting tighter and tighter every year. Lots of other races to go to. And club racing of course.
