David, you'll have to keep an ear out, coming from Lawton it may be a bit far to run Hutch on a regular basis, but my guess is Steve will plan some big races right away for the fall that you may want to come for.

Please please don't be like Dallas and use solid oak for the layouts. Man that stuff is unforgiving lol

I am pretty sure that will not be the case. Going to be some good looking stuff that is not a car eating track....

They had thoughts of doing the concrete surface but after seeing some of the wacky stuff that can happen decided to go with a more consistant track surface. The carpet track is going to rock...will be very dialed and not wacky...

He's talking about using road rail, but that is still being worked on I think.

Doug, you are worse than me! I should be able to jump back into the racing scene in 3 weeks.

Track 45 min from home, consistant traction year round, no wind or dirt to deal with, no more rubber tires to replace every two-three weeks, ability to practice/test during the week and have it be useful time, what else could a person want? A teleporter off the Enterprise might be nice. Beam me over Steve!

Congrats on your upcoming event!

Terry, 3 weeks???

Registration 3:30 to 5:30 races start at 6:00. Plenty of time to get in some practice laps before races begin.
