All of the JConcepts events are based on ROAR rules. Basic stuff. What are you looking for?

I plan on making the trip over for this race, and I have never raced there before so I have a few questions...Are there any reasonably priced motels near the track? Also what tires should I bring?

Tires? Anything J Concepts!lol Barcodes, double Ds, rounders. Normally ground down to nothing. There are motels like Lendel said within 10-15 minutes of the track for less than $75. I personally like the Holiday Inn Express which is only 5-10 min. from the track. I think they gave us a rate of $75 last time. Its only a few months old with an indoor pool. They will post some rates on here pretty soon so everyone can make plans early. And if you feel lucky there is a casino about 15 min. away also with a hotel.

Just want to make sure they follow ROAR rules. SCT tire rules, bodies, motors. The usual in truck and buggy. I've already been told that lipo sacks are not required.

Two queens or one king and indoor salt-water pool

Tires:

On buggy we are running Jconcepts orange barcodes on the front and blue barcodes on the back with stock foam. Scrubbed very low.

4wd...same.

Truck...same.

Not sure on short course.

What he said. Taking a guess here. Friday practice. All of the quals on Saturday, and the mains on Sunday??? Does that sound like the plan?
