It's too bad my Tekin is now finally obsolete.. At least that's what I was told would happen 2 months ago. You know what I'm talking about.

Default WTB XRAY

Is there any XRAY or T2R PRO for sale?

(I am not sure what I want, I probably just get another tub chassis and keep beating the crap out of it since I have all the spare parts. If I could do it all over again, I would get T2R PRO.)

TfnG is selling an Xray, not sure if it is an 009 or T3. I believe that he has it at Glidescope on consignment. Drew should know for sure what it is.

Thanks, I sent Thomas a PM....

Is there any difference between T3 and T2R Pro? It seems that new T2R Pro sells for about as much as used T3.....any recommendations from you hard core XRAY dudes?

Do you all run XRAY T3 EU Rubber-Spec Edition or the US Foam Edition?

Hey Peter I have both cars. The one that Thomas F. was driving on Sunday was my T2R pro. The first difference is that the T3 uses all carbon fiber pieces while the pro uses a fiber glass type material for the chassis, shock towers, and upper deck. The second is that the T3 is based on a new platform while the Pro is based on the T2' 008 and T'2 009 car.

The T2R Pro is a very capable car and I personally think it is an easier car to drive due to the fiberglass chassis which tends to have more flex in it than the carbon fiber chassis. The only downside to the pro is that it does not come with adjustable camber links, steel front cvd's and aluminum outdrives on the rear diff. The other thing I suggest purchasing for the pro is a carbon fiber upper deck off of an '009 EU.

Now for the T3 EU edition, it's a race ready car out of the box but can be a handful if not set up properly.

This could be said for just about any touring car, especially with a 13.5/Tekin in it!

I will be at the track later tonight but will not bring my car. I am still waiting for a replacement chassis. It may arrive today but I am likely getting T3, and so I do not want to waste my time today building a car that I will no longer use. If I get the T3, I will make my HPI Cyclone S available to locals to buy.

Anyone show up tonight? I didn't get away from work until 7:45 so it did not make any sense coming. Had everything with me though just in case.

See you all Sunday. Hopefully I can get the TC in to the 10's for once.

I didn't make it, my back has been giving me problems for the past few days. If I feel better tomorrow I will head up there for a little while. Talk to Drew this afternoon and it sounded like there weren't many people that were going to be showing up tonight.
