I just want to say thanks and good job to everyone today I know we only had 3 heats but we run them all pretty quick..Started and 2 and we were done at 5:30 that's really good..And even if we had 2 or 3 more heats we still would of been out of there by 6 or 6:30..So great job to everyone on that..

Next time you guys see Thomas's girlfriend make sure you say thanks for running the computer. That really helps with the race day having someone that can spend there time to do that..Next week she will be racing also

Thanks Drew

So when's the track moving?
And what settings and gearing/rollout are you guys using on the Tekin v203 with the 13.5 1/12?

Here's where I started with the V203 software:

Rollout with 13.5 Duo 2 timing set at 0* was 72.5mm (42.7mm tire, 78/42)

Drag brake-20
Brake-90
Throttle profile-5
Boost-Max
Turbo-5 (I don't think this ever kicks in on our track)
Delay-.7
Ramp-3
Start rpm-2641
End rpm-9000

Car was able to run an 8.5 this way but it felt as if it could use a little more top end. I'm going to try turning up the timing on the motor a little at a time and watch the temp. It was coming off at 135* which is about as hot as I would like to see it but my temp gauge reads higher than others so I'm not sure if it's acurate or not. May need to gear down if I increase the timing but not sure yet.

I plan on trying some other setups as well Thursday night and will report results before Sunday.

Guys I went to the new spot today and its going to be really nice..It is a great spot for us everything is going to work great..Can't wait to race there...Looks like the track is going to 90 to 80 ft long and 36ft wide which will feel a lot bigger then what we have been running on..The track right now is 65x36..

So basically the same size as my old track. I think it was 90x36 after we lengthened it.

Yea, but Drew will probably put a 180* at the end of the straight so you'll need a lot of brake too.

Looking forward to testing the Tekin in the TC tomorrow. See you all around 5:00.
