Yes we have one indoor RC EP circuit here in Bali called SHC.
You can find direction to SHC from google map, search for SHC RC.
We open only 3 times in a week, Wednesday, Saturday and of course Monday.

And for the off-road circuit they just move to new place on December 2012, we just have to wait to see clear day over Bali before working on the new circuit, its on Jalan Bypass Sanur near to Lotte Mart or near entrance road to Serangan Island.
