Midwest OutDoor Championships - September 1, 2012
 

King's RC Raceway is hosting the 2012 Midwest Outdoor Championships. A brand new sponsor is helping to promote a brand new class - 1/8th Electric Short Course!

On Sunday, we pulled up the tubes on this layout... she gave us some great racing memories.

That was one of the better ones for sure,can't wait to see the sick shit Steve will come up with next.

Here's a video of the track King designed for "Mo Denton's RC Palooza" event, at the new MNK Raceway in on Swanton, OH. If any racer's are in the Toledo area, I highly recommend checking it out. It's a killer track to race on.

LIVERC gives King props for his RC Palooza layout:

"The "Steve King Special" track was a sight to see and gave racers a chance to open up their cars with the straight-a-way letting the nitro buggies reach speeds in excess of 50MPH according to radar guns. The layout was fast flowing and provided some great racing.

New layout is sweet just got back from checking it out looks like another winner.

Tubes are down looks bad ass

Haven't seen it yet, but have heard the same from a few of the regulars who helped with the finishing touches... they are itching to drive it.

Do you know if they are racing it this weekend?

Another great layout from the King of Dirt. Tell King, I'll be there Sunday.

This layout looks great! Can't wait to run on it. I may make it out there Sunday if I get back from stateline early enough.

What seems to work for 1/8 buggy tires at King's awesome facility? Track groove up or wear tires much?

We are trying to see if we can make it Sept.1
