Default Idaho Racing?

Where is all the RC racing in Idaho? Seems most of the threads under Idaho racing are pretty old and a few racetracks have closed last year. Looking to move in the southern Idaho area. Racing there alive and well still? Currently racing 1/10 indoors where I am at.

Our outdoor off road track is being rebuilt now and is possibly being moved to the town of eagle in the future! We also have a indoor carpet off road track that will be back open in the fall/winter months. Also have a small track in the town of Homedale called Bro's Speedway. It's been a rough last few years for RC in the Boise area but we are rebounding!

Thanks Tim. looks like I am moving to Mountain Home, Idaho in a few weeks. I was hoping racing 1/10 off-road carpet or dirt would still be a option for me in the Boise or Twin Falls areas.

Where at? Is it carpet or dirt off-road?

Awesome! Almost all the tracks in Oregon are Astro or carpet off-road now. Track changes are easier. Traction stays the same. Fun surface for club racing. Plus it is easier to get a land lord to agree to a race track than dumping 6 truck loads of dirt in his building.

There is also a dirt track in homedale thats about 50mins from boise on the snake river. Its a private track so you have to pay($10), but I really like the layout and it has a drivers stand(my eyes arent too great)!

I know some people disagree with the owner, but been out there about 15 times in the last 3 months and Ive never had an issue and not even sure what the disagreement is about. It is a smaller track, but really laid back. I bring a 6 pack, some grub and have a jolly old time
