It was Chinese New Year here recently, and if you look at the website there is a notice saying there may be some delay because of the "thousands of orders". :)

i have some stuff that has been back ordered since last november.......apparently 2 of the 3 items is available now...but i have told them to change the item to something else thats available and i am still waiting for them to reply my email....

good prices but poor service....

Stealthy Ninja 02-24-2005 11:59 PM

Remember, they speak chinese mainly, so maybe they don't understand fully what you are talking about (not a joke). I get that all the time, the people get the wrong part, wrong manufactuer...etc.

Keep the emails, clear and to the point and be careful to add any information you can think of.

For example if you want a B4, be sure to say: Associated RC10B4 (Buggy)

If you don't write Buggy, they might send you a T4. LOL

I've been working with them several times, the service has always been very good but this time they really disappoint me...

Simply put, a lot of business' slow down around this time of year in Hong Kong. Sorta the Hong Kong holiday season.

benoitrdv 02-25-2005 02:10 AM

When does this Hong Kong holidays ends up???

Because they are still updating their website, meaning that they work, that's wath I find non-commercial.....

Stealthy Ninja 02-25-2005 05:34 AM

The holidays are over, but these are Hong Kong RC guys, not the most dedicated to work in the world. LOL
