Default Bad experience with rcmodel.com.hk / rcmodel.hk

Recently, I've bought parts from this HK web store (not via Ebay).
But until now, there's no info regarding the items I've bought from them.

The items are :
1 x Tamiya - CC-01 M Parts
1 x Square - Aluminum Screw Set for 4PK, Light Blue
I know they're in stock by the time I bought these items

Used to get tracking number from HK post as I do this many times before from other Asia web store (champ, rcmart, stella, rcmarket, jet, rc-mall, etc).

Pay it with paypal immediately after execute the buying process, but all I've got is automate system said still "in process". Sending to other email ([email protected] or [email protected]) will give same result.

It's been 2 weeks ....

Are they still in business ? or will get defunct like rcxmini ?
Anyone in HK please help ....

Thanks

Try calling them on +852 2865 3368

The guy is a w#nker, they have a lot of items they show in stock on the website to get you to buy and then they don't have them, so stuff never ships and you wait weeks / months hoping it gets through a back order. They seldom answer their emails either.

File a Paypal claim, get your $ back and go somewhere else!

Hai,

Thanks for the advice.
Unfortunately, I bought it directly not via ebay..

I think I'll wait and see after 45 days. If it doesn't change then I'll put some necessary action against this company.

In the mean time, anyone wants to buy from this company, please suspend until my case is clear.

Rgds,

At last, they refunded the money now.... after I put a dispute via paypal....

Not a recommended seller for me... because :
1. No immediate shipment (I pay fast and they must send fast, too)
2. No good communication / service (3 times asking for tracking number but only automated / answering system said still in process)
3. No intention to solve the problem till I did a hard way (paypal dispute).

Thanks for the service .... I've wasted almost 1 month for nothing with this company.

You can try rcmart or Rc mushroom for online buying Don't go for rcmodel again they don't update their web page and 50% of their item in there is out of stock but they show it available.
Before ordering from web just email them to check the stock availability before ordered/pay just to see if they even read their email and after sales service attitude.

as far as I know rcmodel is no good at all... rcmart is good, I buy several time as long as they have item in stock then they can proceed fast.

other is broadtech.hk but the shipment come from japan not HK.

rcmart charge a bank fee which is actually not allowed by Paypal, so take note of how much it is and once you receive your goods file a claim for the bank fee through Paypal

Yup, RC Model don't even bother to reply their pre-sales email, simple Questions like its items are in stock or not, and its a big items too. Don't bother with them. They are not really into online sales as they have a busy shop
