Hello all,

I am returning to race after about 3 months of retirement. I race MR4-TC. When I last raced was using NiCad 2400mAh batteries. I am going to use the NiMH 3000mAh. Could anyone give me some advice on the selection of NiMH batteries (unmatched) or any suggested brands, say Panasonic or Sanyo?

Thanks in advance.
(P.S. I equipment with Novak Millennium Charger)

finish the rear parts only, waiting for front one-way, and will get the 3-racing shaft set too. haven't decided which electronics to use yet.
will start body paint part soon.

assemble the F201 shocks today with ass o spring. I find the ass o green springs are a bit too soft for the rear. it is good for the front tho. I put the stock springs back to the rear end and it feels ok with 60WT oil. the bouncy rear end of the car with stock shock is because of the shock design............

Personally I like te Panasonic SMH cells better than the Sanyo HVs. On the discharger the Sanyos do appear to be stronger, but actually on the car they feel softer and less consistent than the SMH. I would buy both to try out and see what you like.

To add a twist to the equation the new Panasonic Ultras are starting to appear on the market.....only Trinity matched cells right now...but based how the SMH feels these should be better still...may be worth waiting for!!

Had another look at the Tech Racing diff outdrivers today....decided they look too much like GPM- design is far too complicated. Ended up buying the Five Star diff outdrivers. These are really nice.....uses the TA04 diff plates which are keyed so no more slipping diff. Also saved myself 5g on the diff at the same time!!!!
