Stanley, I have both KX1 and Pro3 but dont have the MR4TC Sp. But since I havent built the Pro3 yet, I should not comment its performance (Fai might help you tho, his Pro3 is FAST). But the latest Pro3 LE version (available in HK only, I think) do come with a lots of hopups parts and is good for the value in my opinion. You can refer to Fai's previous post on the items that come with the LE version.
I run stock motor on my KX1, and find that its still have to be further hopuped, ie, alloy motor mount, alloy spur adaptor. Also, I found Kyosho EP plastic material is not too durable, plays are now everywhere, especially in the front steering blocks ..... Also the front bumper (both plastic and foam) cannot "protect" the whole front part nicely, I killed a few front alloy t-bar (to cross the front a-arms) already.
On the other hand, its drive-train is very smooth and efficient. The car has a lot of rear traction and I am thinking a way to reduce this in order to achieve faster corners.

Hope this help.

White Cat, my TC3 isnot noisy !!! But it is too efficient on its drive-train that the motor draw too much current from ESC and batt to heat up everything.

ernestf: i also have this problem with my Kx-one.. the car has so much rear traction.. no matter what i do to it... it doesnt want to rotate about its z-axis... i am thinking about changing the batteries position. i saw on one japanese web a guy used saddle pack in the car. 3 on each side. i might do that.

well, ernestf's TC3 main chassis is one of the best modified chassis.

either woven graphite or graphite impeginated tub are bad conductor of heat. it is the problem with tub chassis as air flow is bad with the stand up "edge"

you should restore all your setting about throttle on your TX first and redo radio calibration with the ESC. you might like to go back to one of the three default setting on the esc to avoid the 4th hidden setting from error setup if you have got the ESC from someone.
