A
definition webinar is basically a seminar or presentation that happens online. Unlike a regular video call, it usually involves a structured agenda where a host or speaker shares information with an audience. What makes it interesting is that participants can join from anywhere with internet, making it really accessible. Sometimes, you can just watch and listen, while other times there are opportunities to ask questions via chat or even interact live. For example, I attended a webinar about digital marketing where the presenter shared slides and screen demos, then answered questions at the end. It felt more formal than a casual Zoom hangout but still interactive. Companies use webinars for training, product launches, or workshops, but they’re also common in education and even hobbies like photography or cooking. So it’s a versatile format!
