We are going to have a big two day race Sept 5 & 6. There will be triple A mains for electric classes. 45 minute pro nitro main. All other nitro A mains will be 30 minutes. We also already have some big sponsors lined up for this race including AKA products and Maclan Racing (formerly know as Viper ) and working on adding more. Also will have trophies for the top 5 of each class! Hope to see you out at Dalton RC for great weekend of racing.

We have added 1/10 Novice Class. We want to keep it to limited to 1/10 scale as to be fair to people that may not have 1/8 scale. Hopefully we can get enough entrees ( 8 or more) to help with turn marshaling. Also ask that parents turn marshal for younger children for safety reasons.

Lol I think the young ones should marshell for the old ones lol

I think if you run a race, come off the stand, you go back out on the track and marshall the next race. A few races back before SOS, had a few drivers run the race then run to their pits and get under the ac/fan. Had 8 drivers in a class, 4 returned for marshalling. Makes it rough on marshalls and the drivers!!

Not turn marshalling or getting someone to turn marshall for you will not be tolerated at this event. Club racing is different and always more relaxed. There will be a 2 minute warm up between heats during which time marshalls are expect to be on the track before the start of the next race.

Sweet, no more marshalling for me at "club" events...

Superlooper is always one of the first guys out to marshall.

Is this an anything 1/0 scale class? My younger two boys have a 2wd SC10 and a HobbyKing 1/10 4wd buggy. could they both race?

1/10 Mod Buggy and 1/10 4wd buggy are listed on rcsignup.com. As well as 1/10 Novice class. Would they both want to run in Novice class?
