I asked this question about a year ago and I understood from Bob Malphurs that HCRCR does work with the 3 wire (RC4) transponders. However...since I've yet to be able to get down there for a race, I can't confirm that!

So, I'd 'assume' that they do...but I'll defer to someone that has had more recent experience at the track!
