Phil Hurd Raceway is proud to announce our first annual Summer SCORCHER! You've braved the cold at the Colonel's Winter Classic, now come endure the heat with us!
The SCORCHER will host an insane 9 classes - including Novice Short Course for anyone 15 and under. Spend the waning days of summer vacation by racing with the whole family!

We just finished the new layout for the summer scorcher. For you guys that came down for the Colonels Classic and last years GCS you know we try to provide an awesome layout and racing surface. The new layout is already being called one of the most fun and challenging ones we have built. Will have pics and, weather permitting, some video up this weekend.

Hope to have some video after this coming up weekend. We have been rained out repeatedly and not been able to get a race in yet, having major withdrawals. We tried to race last Saturday and it ended being a bunch of us standing in the rain for about eight hours once again watching the track collect water.
