Default Great Time

Jeff and Scooter:

Again you guys put on another great race and for a good cause. Also, thanks to Turtle Tracks for donating/raffling off a Novak Speedo and 17.5. I 'll find a use for it on one of my cars.

Oh, the chile dogs were excellent, but the Peach Cobbler was FANTASTIC! Props to the chef. I may need to show up for dinner at Jeff's house when it's on the menu next time.

Last, if anyone recorded the "A" main please post a link.

+1

I had a blast running with you guys! Some fast close racing in the main. I still have a little learning to do on the just left turning. Not used to the vehicle being on the ground that much.

Thanks to Jeff, Scooter, and Mike for doing this for the racers. You guys have a great thing going there and im sure next year it will grow more.

Oh and the video of the main will be up on FB later. Will post link once it's done.

Sweet! The race has only been over for 4 hours and I already get to re-live the experience. Technology Rules!

THANK YOU!
THANK YOU!
THANK YOU!

First, thanks to Jeff and Dawn Garrett for hosting the inaugural Toys For Tots race at Action Speedway.

Second, thanks to Gene, Tina and Adam from Turtle Trax for donating the Novak brushless system that was raffled off for T4T!

Finally, Thanks to all the racers that made their way out to for a great day of racing.

In racing the goal is to win, but the real winners today are the kids Toys For Tots will be able to assist this Christmas season. Action Speedway Racers raised $230.00 in cash plus a ton of toys for the good girls and boys!

I can only hope the kids have as much fun as we did. Good day of racing.

I should have taken Scooter up on his after race offer. The track came around to my car.

To anyone who has a 2wd SCT sitting around, throw a late model body on there and come race. I'm having more fun now than I ever did with my Slash. Close side by side fender rubbing action. Whoever said Oval racing is boring never got behind the wheel and tried it.

Thanks to Jeff and Scooter for providing a great place to race!!
