Will you be open this afternoon for the electric? I won't be able to stick around long or for racing tonight if you were doing it, but would love to come take a look around
Hey Boss it was good to meet you! You are always welcome to come back out!

Default Bough a buggy!

Got a buggy off of eBay. Needs some work, but when I'm done, I am excited to get it out there and hang out there. Bought an associated rc10 for $40. Has most the parts, but needs the shock towers and such reinstalled. I'll put all new electronics in it, paint up the new body and be ready to run.

A B4 or a classic like a Championship Edition? Wow the vintage cars are making a comeback.

It's a B4 and I have found a bit more about it. Not as good of a deal as I had hoped. I knew I was going to need get some parts it was missing, but I found that the guy tried to use some other parts that didn't fit right. So now I'm $160 into a used B4. Could have bought a brand new TLR 22 kit for $175

Oh well, it will be right when I'm done lol.

Well, I finally got out and worked on the track a little! Got sick of seeing it look rough!!

All I need to do now is re-shape a few jumps and it will will be ready to go.

Once I see a day of good weather I will open the track for practice!

We will be doing our Thursday Night Racing program starting this Thursday if anyone is interested, looks to be cold but it might be dry day, we will see!

Also we will have a SAT Trophy Race (e-buggy and 2wd buggy get trophies) on April the 5th!

Looks like the rain forecast for this week has improved. Any chance we will be running on Thursday or need any help working on the track?

Yea man! I was thinking of getting a few laps in tomorrow if I can get out on the track and fix a few jumps! If we receive low amounts of rain on WED we can totally have a good practice session on Thursday night!

If anyone want to come help and runs their cars tomorrow or Thursday, I will be here!!!

Thanks Mike for coming out and helping with the fixing some jumps!

Will be watching weather to see if we cannot run again on Thursday

Glad to help as always. Track was in pretty good shape, didn't need much work to get it drivable. I still want to do a little more work to the face of the double. As soft and loamy as it was I still had plenty of traction with the tried and true step pins on my st. I don't know what it is about your track, but I ALWAYS have a blast running there (even with the knowledge my car is going to need a serious cleaning after ).
How much rain did you get today? Think the track will be OK to work on tomorrow, and maybe a few laps?

If I didn't have a lot of work on my RC stuff still to do before heading to Knoxville this weekend, I would drop by for a spin in the dune buggy(can I drive?).
