Hey Brad, I plan on being there with my kids to build the rockets!

BTW, Southern Area Rocketry or SOAR will have a launch meet near Roswell on the 25th. These guys meet twice a month to fly everything from sport rockets to the high power research birds.

Their website is soarrocketry dot org. They provide all the launch equipment. You just bring your rocket and motors.

I'll be bringing my 2 boys down for some rocket action. I'd like to get in some practice VTA laps too if its allowed.

Kewl, looking forward to building one myself. Some of the SOAR folks will be there after 1pm and I'm told they are bringing an E-class rocket to show off as well as a telemetry system used for the super-sized ones. Should be a good experience for the kids.

The store will be open at 11am and we will be ready to host the first Father/Son/Daughter Rocket Science and race (if enough show up).

I totally understand if you have other plans and there will be plenty of rockets for anyone who comes late.
