Once the field has thickened (A LOT) I would like to see Sportsman (mod) 2wd buggy, stock 2wd buggy. and mod 2wd buggy PRO. It would be nice to have a pro mod class for just the FASTEST, a sportsman (MOD) class for the guys who want the motor like the fast guys but want a chance of an a main win, and a stock class were they can ALL go race to gather, so the slower guys can pace the faster guys in a class where the motor helps even the field (you could even have a stock tire rule to even the field even more)

This is just a dream........ I know we are far from that kind of reality
+1

In reality the 13.5 is probably faster due to less wheel spin and more controllable power in the corners. With the track being as small as it is you don't need a big motor. I have thought about putting my 13.5 in to run there.

True, but you can't pull sick wheelie coming on to the straight with a 13.5.

Pretty small turnout tonight (8 2wd Buggy, 4 Stadium Truck) so we decided to try a Reedy Style race. It was FUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!!!

Here's a link to the nothing special Spreadsheet showing the overall results: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...kE&usp=sharing

And here are the individual heat results:

I'd post more, but Danny keeps yelling at me

You guys not using Jlaps or is that an export? Also your google docs is private.

What time does the track open and racing start/finish?

May have been a lower turnout but the racing was just as epic as a full house! Reedy Style event was freakin awesome!! made for an interesting night of racing, specially the stadium truck final leg, Kieth Put the pressure on me big time!! literally the win was decided in the final round by less than a second, thanks Kieth for the brutally epic run!
Going to do my best to be there tomorrow, let do the reedy style race again, shake things up a little bit

Jlaps uploads are not working right now after we went to the new build. Bob is coming out tomorrow and will hopefully help me get that sorted out. In the mean time, I just pulled the results files and stuck them in my own directory for viewing. Also, the doc should be public now.

Doors open at NOON, racing starts at THREE. I'm estimating an 8:30-9:00ish finishing time. Of course, that all depends on the number of people that show up.

Yea I run 10.5 on SCT and think I did my best when I was babying my busted spur and not getting on the throttle. Really only hurt me when I couldn't make the front double.

Current layout does not call for a bigger motor to stay competitive, really the only reason I run 8.5 is for the robust low/mid range, some folks like a tamer low/mid range throttle response, then 10.5/13.5 is your ticket.
