I had a great time you guys. Loganville had a very good layout that is a lot more challenging than it looks. My throttle finger was put to the test. I didn't do all that good but I had a lot of fun and was happy to just finish a race without breaking.

Thanks to everyone at loganville for a great race day.

Thanks to the L-Ville crew on Saturday. New layout was fun and very challenging to run quick laps. Both A & B Mains in 2WD Buggy and SCT classes was great to see. Nearly 40 electric entries for the "Warm-Up Race"!!

See ya next time.

Thanks to all who ran yesterday. It was a good warm-up race for the Summer Thunder Race on Aug. 7th. I got to run my B4 for the first time. Those buggies are awesome to run. The SC10 was dialed, some good competition all day. See you guys on the 7th!!

Big thank you to the Loganville crew. You guys put on a great race. There was great competition in 2wd buggy and Stock SCT. The race on the 7th is going to be a blast!

It warms my heart to see 2wd buggy growing like it is

Had a great time, great racing, great bunch of folks to hang with. My thanks to the Youngs for a great place and to Menard, Roy, and the Turtle Trac crew for all of the help.

How did the track turn out by the mains?

Was it still loose and dusty??

Did the smaller pins come in to play or were the Calibers/Enduro's still the tire of choics?

I learned a few lessons at loganville.

1) always double check the ISO setting on the camera.. I was doing some night shooting the day before and never swapped back from the 1600iso I was shooting with. I wonderd why my shutter speeds had to be so high. Most of my photo's are going to be a little grainy sorry guys.

2) the new video camera really doesn't like low light conditions. By the time the 2nd round of qualifiers was over the shade on the track was enough to make the camera not want to focus properly.

I did get some video though. I will be editing and playing with pics/video now that I'm done with the inventory counts I was doing.. I got 1/4 of the way done in a day it could take a while

Default Loganville FYI

We will work on track before Summer Thunder.
We will smooth out some rough spots and that morning we blow and sweep all the lose stuff we can.
Thanks guys Charles Young

One of the SCT qualifiers

And one of the truggys

I shouldn't have degraded the truggys so much but am still experimenting with the video stuff sorry.
