If you really want a good one I would go with the LRP TC Spec

Thumbs up

Nexus will have some new Trinity Pulse motors pretty soon.

We still have Trinity Duo 13.5 available.

SMC 4100/24c pack is very good and affordable. Melvin has been racing with this pack with super power.

Go with the Tekin RS Pro esc. It is very fast and very tunable with the Hotwire interface.

thanx for all the info guys.

If I purchase the T2R pro I need to know if it is a rubber tire car or foam? Can I use both with it? Which one is better or easy to drive? And why do you guys drive what you drive?

Any plans for a spec class? I want to get my son involved too.

The Vintage Trans Am class is a touring car based spec class. It's a ton of fun. You should check it out also until you get used to the car. Here is the link to the rules, etc...

Im not really sure about the t2 pro being a foam or rubber car. I run a T2'009 rubber spec. The reason I run that is because its a great car and because i can get parts for it at Nexus. Another good choice for batteries is a SMC 4100. I think there about $65 a peice at nexus.

What battery do most of you run for 1/12 stock? Are most of you running Lipo's and brushless 17.5 ?

What is a good starting tire combination? It says it's magenta on the pack but it looks black to me.

Yes. You just need one battery and recharge it between rounds. If you run the LiPo at Nexus, it will be 13.5 instead of the 17.5. You will also need a receiver pack. I don't run the LiPo; so, you will need to check with some of the other racers for the specifics on setting the car up.

I got this in the mail this past weekend. Any good setups for the Nexus track?

Time to get the electronics. I have to decide with Lipo or NIMH. Is the Novak Millenium PRO still a good charger? Or should i just make the switch.
