The videos were taken in the early part of this year. And your right Rick .. just add water and you are hooked up. The last time I was there, some of the grass had over grown some, and some of the dirt had washed out. I think with a good days work and some good hands the track could be awesome once again.

Here is a video from August 06 racing at night!!!

Ha!

Nice video, I have seen the track in person, but I didn't realize there was a crossing like that.

Ah, so much to learn.....

Default Sunday = on-road

There will be a number of on-road racers at Sugarbowl on Sunday. Some GT cars, 1/8 and 200mm cars are coming.

Because of the 40% chance of rain on Sunday we are looking at doing On-road on Saturday.

Great, maybe i'll make it up there. trying to figure out my car, last time I was there, Thanksgiving, there was no1 there so I ran the track backwards, wow...it's A LOT easier that way...for me that is.

i'm thinking of bringing my GoPro camera and mounting it on the roof of my R/C.

Not trying to sound negative about racing offroad and oval at the Bowl, but... it's going to take a good group of workers at least a full day of hard work (or more) to get either track in any kind of racing condition.

We've keept the onroad track up enough to race on, so that's a no brainer.

Sugar Hill.

If your AT the Mall of GA, pull out and make a right down 20, cross 985, cross P'tree industrial and is like ½ mile on the left. Small sign and easy to pass.

The weather on Saturday (according to the wrong most of the time weather forecasters) is suppose to better in the Am than the PM so I am going to get to Sugarbowl by 9am on Saturday - that is if it isn't raining Saturday morning.
