You know the old saying...slow cars handle better. It does not apply to those things. Good Lawd those things are skittery. I need one! Actually after seeing them I like the idea of it. There needs to be a spec class to keep everyone from breaking the bank (and the wifes rolling pin on our heads) and racing at the same level. They were a lot of fun to watch. Do they come in my color?

that was our plan i was just wondering if it was worth doing wee need some racers with a slash to do it
the plan was to have a class where you can only buy traxxas hop ups but no brushless and a stock motor but no battery limits

no no traxxes hop ups or at least not anything to make it faster or to give someone an advantage. remember this is suppose to be a family affordable class not a racing hard core class like 1/8th scale.

my opinion

stock tires

stock motor and speed controller

any battery up two 2 cell lipo

any body

any steering servo or radio

and any hop ups to make it stronger not faster i repeat not faster

Limit 7 Cell on Ni-Mh and it'll be good

The way I figure, is the best way to get faster without buying anything, is to save weight. So I'm gonna take a 1/2 drill bit and drill holes all in my ESC and Motor to save some weight

traxxas doesnt only the basics bumpers,shocks,turnbuckles,ect they do make a motor but as i said stock motor and limit on lipo battery
