Ive been on this forum for a couple of years and most of the activity Off road or on has been North of Atlanta. I wish I could help you. There is good racing up here. Battlefield Raceway

They have a track (if you can call it that) at the HTU. Its really a small track thats not really good for anything bigger than 1/18th scale. Last I heard they wont run buggies (track is way way way too small). Its a pretty unmaintained track last I saw. Lots of pot holes and rocks.

I appreciate the help! They do have a track in Columbus, but it's extremely small and not what I'm looking for. Do they run electric at Dalton? I know they did 8 years ago when they had an indoor track...

Ok so i am gonna Jack a 2yr old thread cause it came up in a google search. Anyway I run the Nitro Extreme Raceway in Phenix City, AL. Our Club ran the races at Hobbytown in columbus until they closed the track without notice. We built our own on private property and host races atleast once a month.
