Maybe Nick has something I can run for the day...
I might have a 4-cell F1 if the guy from Cleveland can't make it.

Cool. I hope that the racing at Dalton does not run long. We ran very long last time I was up there but that was a money race.

I want to run on Saturday but it looks like work will most likely keep me on Saturday. So it looks like Sunday in Monteagle will be my best bet.

I understand the reason for the later start time now. That's cool. I guess sometime around 2:00pm would be a good time to arrive at the track.
There are at least three outlets on that side of the building. There may be five. There is a drive on the high side that would be perfect for those who have trailers. They should be able to pull straight through when the day is done. If you have a generator bring it just in case you need it. But dont think you will.

Sorry to hear that. I plan on going to Monteagle as well. Depends on what I break on Saturday.

Nothing is written in stone. I'll have to wait and see what happens on Saturday. Who knows, I might be able to make both races.

Current weather forecast for Dalton is calling for T-Storms on Saturday.

Yeah, it seems that its going to put a damper on my off-road plans. I might end up at battlefield on Sunday instead.

I dont want to do what we did with the puddle at Monteagle. If its wet we will likely cancel. But for now keep an eye on the weather channel.

Of Course George may feel differrently about it.

I'm going to check the weather as the weekend approaches. Heavy rain on Saturday will not only make racing on Saturday impossible, it will make racing in Monteagle on Sunday a puddlefest just like last time.

We'll see....

On second thought the whole track at Crosspointe is a slight grade and drains really well.

Hopefully the water won't seep up thru the asphalt like it did in Monteagle.

That puddle just wouldnt go away would it.

And if you were unlucky enough to get your paragon wet you had to limp it around for about a lap before you could get back on it.

But besides all of that Coop is still da man!

Ohh gloom and doom. The weather just said am showers. If that's the case it will be easy. Doc and I will clean the asphalt and build the track Friday. If it does get wet in the morning I'll just get the leaf blower and fix that right away. I had something to do that morning but that is now canceled so I can get there early and have it ready for practice when the sun comes out. If anyone needs my cell # just send me a pm so I can give out updates since I'll be there making laps.
