No one is allowed to run on the other tracks during the on-road races. There are other days for those tracks.

this was supposed to be an event that we promoted to try and raise some funds for the club....where is the promotion, it may be happening, but I have not seen or heard anything?
We should clean it up...Bob was trying to get ahold of the new owners to see what is up with the property...hopefully we can find out something with this ASAP so we know what the heck is going on...once and for all.

I haven't heard back from Jan with a contact number for the owners. Maybe some of the guys that were there the day the owners showed up got a name or number?

I plan on being at the Bowl this Sat around 9am to do a little clean-up. I'll bring my weed wacker, mower, rake, clubs generator and what ever else I can think of.

What's the entry fee for this race going to be?

Will there be generators for power since AC power was shut off?

I haven't seen any practice schedule posted. Here are a couple of ideas.

10:00 - 11:00 Nitro Practice
11:00 - 12:00 Electric Practice
12:00 - 12:20 Final Nitro Practice
12:20 - 12:40 Final Electric Practice
12:40 - Drivers Meeting
1:00 -- Races Start

or

10:00 - 10:30 Nitro Practice
10:30 - 11:00 Electric Practice
11:00 - 11:30 Nitro Practice
11:30 - 12:00 Electric Practice
12:00 - 12:20 Final Nitro Practice
12:20 - 12:40 Final Electric Practice
12:40 - Drivers Meeting
1:00 -- Races Start

I like the 2nd option better. 30 minutes for each class. The race fees in the past was $20. We want to raise $$$ for the Go-R/C Club but maybe we can reduce this some now that the Baileys don't expect money from us.

No electricity or porta potty right now but hopefully that will change in the near future.

I will be there by or before 9am to help get the track ready.

I'd say entry fees $10 or $15.

I'll have the clubs generator and gas air compressor there. If someone can bring a generator, do it! You can charge off your 1:1 car battery, a 12volt to 120volt inverter is handy to have. The club gen will be limited because I'll need half of it's wattage to power the control room. A drop cord and 4-ways are good to have

Practice schedule will be determined by what shows up. If it's just 1/8th, GT, nitro tc and electric tc, I'd say 1/8th and GT practice together and nitro and electric tc practice together. I dunno at this point!
