I've always thought it would be great if we could get some kind of weekly series going with the mini's in Calhoun. I hardly ever get to make it out on a weekend either, but if there was something going on during the week I could probably do it. Tuesday Night Mini's!

mondays or tuesdays either one would be good for me. i am new to racing (been in rc for years mostly planes) but eager to get going...

I just wonder if we would have enough locals to make a night of it. I had mentioned trying to get some sort of weekly or bi-weekly "league" of mini's going at Primetime and didn't get any response. I guess most people would have to drive too far for a short night of racing. We could always take a head count though to gauge interest I guess. I'll count me, so that is one!
By the way Snoopy...what does B.M.O.S stand for? I've been wondering that for a while now.

Shaggy - I have an Associated 12L3 for sale, like new. Only raced it once on carpet before I upgraded the chassis and essentially built a new car in the off-season. $60 OBO. Check out this thread for pictures. I will be at Prime Time on 1/26 if you want to check it out in person.

Any battery should be good. I bought a mini at PT a couple of months ago. I've lowered the ride height a little, changed my spur, changed out the shocks to oil filled and thats about it. No chance in keeping up with Joe but I dont get lapped as much now Oh an I run everything from 1500, 3300 and during the races usually 4200.
