I have a location that I am checking out at the moment. I cannot disclose it at the moment since I do not have all of the details. but If everything works out well and there is lots of support, this could become a fixed location for racing. I will keep you all informed as the information comes.

ok guys, heres what I have. Some of you may remember the old Imperial Hobbies track in Dallas. Well, the track and the building are still there and available for rent. I have talked with the owner of the complex and gotton all of the nessisary information to start it up. Unfortunatly for me, I do not have the funds for such an endevour. However, being only 15 minutes away from the shop its self, I could help run it if need be. After exploring the building earlyer today, it will need some work for sure. There are MANY various sized rooms that could be used for storage, annother business, whatever you wanted really. I would really like to see this project through. So anyone who would like the information, PM me and i can give it to you.

as far as I can tell, it was an old carpet track. the carpet has been ripped up and there is painted concrete now. also, on the opposite side is an area just as big as the existing track. it is just concrete.

No, it was never carpet. The way you saw it, i.e. "painted concrete", is the way it always was.
