Default Parking lot Touring car racing Atlanta area

I'm looking for anyone who has equipment or would like to get started in some Touring car racing. I have a lap counting system with a few transponders and a few cones to set up a track.
If you are interested in getting together, please post here.

I can setup in any parking lot as long as it's pretty smooth and doesn't have cars driving through. I live on the south side of Atlanta south of I20. A school parking lot on a Sunday would be fine. I have one by me in College Park. Where do you live?

I don’t live in GA anyone but visit occasionally. I race TC and VTA in a parking lot series in my area however. They use fire hose to set up the track and blow the surface before. The race director has been doing it for a few years and is very dedicated. As a result there’s a decent turnout on any given Sunday.

If you were able to get enough people together it would be a blast but it doesn’t seem like GA has it unfortunately. I’m curious if you could convince Hobbytown to set something up. From what i hear they used to do something….

Ive raced TC, VTA, 4wd off road buggy, stadium truck, SCT and eventually Ill race my 2wd buggy but TC is my favorite

Waiting for you and maybe others to have some fun. I'm 38 miles from Dallas so it's possible to get together. There is a school parking lot right near my house in College park. 1/10 scale tc maybe 17.5
I have plenty of equipment to get someone started if need be.

I have a few TC 7.2. Your cars are fine. It's a run with your brung for fun. You don't need the newest car for parking lot running.

What do we need to get a track setup?

I do have a friend who could make it if he's not working. He's a workaholic with his own business. I have small cones to set up a track. They're easy to set up and take down . We have to start with what we have and progress from there as needed.
