Default possible new track in Highlands County (33825)

We are a group of R/C people that are looking into possibly opening a mid-large clay off-road track in the Highlands county area. Will have electric in pits, lights, AMB time system. We will host races twice a month. Track series with cash payout. Test and tune nights. We are just looking at getting input on what you guys think and a rough idea of how many people would be interested in coming. Thank you all for your input

We can't give to much detail incase things don't work out as planned. Don't want to get to many hopes up. We are wanting to see what kind of interest there is before we fully pull the trigger on the project. It will be on the edge of Avon park. A little bit Off of us27

We have looked at the location of DC or what was DC but it is in pretty bad shape. Plus getting permission to use it maybe difficult. We are still getting ideas together and figuring out the best way to go about it.
