It will be a total of ten teams 3 people per team...
qualifing to be like nascar.....
cash prizes 1st $100 2nd $50 3rd $30
entry per team is $30

other rules will be up soon like motor,tires and batteries ( only 3300 )
one back up car ( only can use if you break the first one )

you must book your team,car, and pay the $ 30 to hold your spot. all entry must be in before 11/18/05.

This will be a really fun race.

AHH CRAP....just found out I have to work that day :cry: :cry: :cry: I'm gona try to get off cause I really want to go.

Here are the additional rules:

1. 1 Motor per car For entire race (motors can not be taken out of one to be put in the other) motors must be in both cars and check in before qualifying.
2. 1 Set of Tires per car for entire race ( same as motor rule) SEE ADDENDUM ON PAGE 3 Regarding Tire Issues.

4. # of Battery Packs used will be unlimited but they must be 3300's or lower
5. Once your motor is in the car you can not alter anything about it. (i.e. Cooling it down with motor spray during a battery change, or changing brushes or springs)
6. Motor must be hardwired into the car
7. Only connectors allowed will be on the batteries, and the lead coming off the speedo for the battery
8. If you break your car, only your designated pitman may repair it. But once again no tampering with motor.
9. Only your teammates may fix or work on your car
10. one person form each team will turn marshall at all times.
11. stock motors only ( no quad mags or v2 end bells)

Qualifying Will Be Run As Follows:

Each Person on Each Team Gets a 3 Lap Run
1st Lap is a Warm-Up Lap Next Two Laps Count.
Each Teams 6 Laps will be added together to get the average lap for the entire team.
In the Event of a Tie the Team with the Fastest Lap wins.

Each Team needs to have Three Members (One Driver, One Pitman, One Turnmarshall) All three will rotate positions. Each Driver MUST Drive for a minimum of fifteen minutes.

ALL CARS MUST WEIGH 3LBS 5OZ.

This race is going to be SWEET!!!

The Race will start with a ROLLING START no go on the tone. We will all start on the back staight behind THE PACE CAR!! As long as the Race Director says its a go we GO!!!!!

If you can make it sunday instead of saturday i will 100% be able to go. I don't know if I can get off work that day but ill sure try. I can't miss an endurance race. This is gona be so sweet.

Hey count us associated guys in, assumming Ariel is in.... but a Sunday would be much better for me as well, and a stock motor for one hour!!! I don't know that much about motors but that does seem to be a tall order, maybe 19 turn since it uses a bearing not a bushing causing less friction, lastly just to confirm...

The only way you can car swap is on a break right?

Now this is assumed to be touring car only right?
