FSEARA Race #2 - Port Charlotte, Oct. 26th

Who's ready for race #2? Dave and his crew have a new drivers stand and track layout for us this time! Club race on Saturday, FSEARA race on Sunday.
We'll be giving away a Rebel 10 WGT kit in the raffle along with a lot of other goodies. Hope to see everyone there.

Go to anyone of the travel websites and search for hotels in Port Charlotte. There aren't many. We always stay at a La Quinta right off the interstate. Its an exit away from the one you take to get to the track, but its a nice hotel in a good area. There's also a Knights Inn that's a bit closer to the track.

There's a budget inn less than 5m from the track that charges $50/night. I've stayed there a few times, not the cleanest but it's the cheapest in town. I'll get as list of hotels and see if we can get a discount from any of them.

For the weekend:

On Saturday track will be open at 8am. Practice at 9am. Racing starts at 10:30

We will do 3 rounds of qualifying and then the mains.

Race fee for Saturday is $15.00

On Sunday everything will be done according to the FSEARRA schedule.

We will have food and drink both days.

Hope to see you all at the track!

Just a lil FYI for all you USVTA series racers at the first race we gave out a traveling trophy . It will go to every winner of USVTA class every race to defend at the next FSEARA event . Bobby Watson collected that trophy at the 1st race . He will be at this race with it up for grabs if you would like to put your USVTA series # on it during or at the end of this season . I would suggest you 1st join the USVTA series 2nd race the USVTA class . 3rd collect this trophy for your self at this event ..... We have some great prizes for the winner of the Usvta season
