For F1, I was geared 76 spur and 37 pinion. My car was actually faster when geared 76 spur and 35 pinion. Those are two pretty good starts because my hot lap was only 10th of a second slower than the two guys who finished 1 and 2 ahead of me.

Hi all! I'm about to move to Miami and I just found out about this awesome track. I have a question about the spec tires for the 17.5 class. I read that only Team Solaris tires are permitted, is this still the case? If so, where can I purchase them? Up here in Chicago we run Sorex 32 or 36. Please advise.

Yes, the spec tire's for TC classes are the Team Solaris 36J. We usually have sets available for $30 on race days.

The same tires come preglued and are made by CRC and Shaumacher.

Since USGT allows fwd, can a rwd also be used? I dont see anything in the rule saying no. Then again rwd is not even mention.
Also hope the track is ok after the hurricane.
