Here is the schedule for the weekend:

Friday the 10th the Track will open mid morning
(small practice fee)

Saturday: Open Practice from 8am to 9am.
Controlled Practice from 9am to 10:30am.
10:30am Drivers Meeting
3 rounds of Qualifying starting at 11am.

Sunday: Open Practice from 8am to 9am.
1 Round of Qualifying start at 9am.
Lunch break from 11am to noon. (Approx)
Then mains starting at noon.

All A - Mains 30 minutes
All B - Mains 25 minutes
All other Mains 20 minutes

Registration on Saturday is from 8am to 9:30am,
Sunday from 8am to 8:30am.

We are only running fuel 1/10th Sedan and 1/8th Open. All cars will be teched according to ROAR rules. All 1/8th cars MUST have an INS box on at all tracks.

ROAR membership is required to race in this series.
$25 for the year and available at the track. This includes your insurance.

Weekend Race Fee is $35 (increased price so we can pay a tech person for their time all weekend)
Covered pit area with table, chair available for rent. $10 for the weekend.

All Fuel 1/10th Sedan and 1/8th Open racers are welcome.

saw a thing on rctvlive about forgass. You mention you have to be a roar member which i am but do you have to be a member of forgass?

there really isnt any members of FORGASS except the racers that show up to race.

Show up, show your ROAR card and race. You can bring your own tent and table or you can pay an extra $10.00 and have a pit table under the tent and electric provided.

10th scale 200mm touring (roar rules)
1/8th Open (roar rules)

PARKING FOR THE FORGASS RACE Feb. 10-12.2012
 

I talked to Artie at the Civic Center today. There will be a GUN SHOW that weekend in the main building.
There will be a $5.00 PARKING FEE per car. YOU MUST PAY THE PARKING FEE!!! The CIVIC CENTER will give you a card good for the WEEKEND.

WHEN YOU CHECK-IN AND PAY YOUR ENTRY FEES FOR THE WEEKEND,
BRING YOUR PARKING CARD WITH YOU ,AND WE WILL TAKE THE $5.00 PARKING FEE OFF YOUR ENTRY. We will mark the card .

There will be a lot of extra people here for this race. It will be fast and fun.

I will be dragging tires around the track and spraying it with castor for added traction and reduced tire wear this weekend.
I have built a new 6 station tire truing table with a power supply .
