Here is a link to the club site...There are new people in charge and they want to bring club Rc racing back to daytona!
we groomed and made track changes ,it's looking good.
Some of you guy may know Ken H he will be running the races ...He always does a great job.

There will be some race dates coming so keep a look out.....

Will you be running 10th scale electric? This track is 30 mins from me. That would be great to race so close....

I am glad to see this. I just move to Daytona for school and now we have some place close to race. Hopefully a good SC and buggy class show up.

Thanks jeff...Bobby is the new Prez. over there and should be getting some good things going. I am just a member helping out.

There was 5 or so buggies there sunday for practic so I think the buggy class will be good.

Are you running nitro? How long for quals/mains? Thanks.

No..there should be some contact info in the link you can call and talk to bobby .......not sure everything is set 100% yet but I can check.Last time I think they were runing 5-10's not sure if nitro is the same.

Gonna have to make some changes if I want to run 2wd stock. The rules for this track state "SC 2wd Electric Stock(completely stock-----tires included)". I don't think I know anyone running a completely stock SCT. Is there any flexability there?

I believe that was when stock slash class was racing. The last race I ran there you could run whatever you wanted in the 2wd SC class.

Just to clarify, the track was never down. We've been running monthly club races with between 30 and 40 entries for the last year. Our previous president was focused on growing the club scene so there wasn't any effort put into attracting the state series'. The Asylum opening also didn't help our attendance numbers :)

I'm optimistic the club can focus on both goals and be successful. I'm highly disappointed that the Asylum is being threatened, but in the meantime all you Orlando racers will have a fun place to race!
