Here is what will be on the ballot this weekend.

1. Scheduled number of races for 2005. This vote is based upon most popular return. in the event of a tie a revote will be done my members in attendance on the two tying submissions.
A. 9 races with 3 drops
B. 8 races with 2 drops
C. 7 races with 2 drops
D. 4 races with one each quarter
2. No races in the following months
A. June July August
B. July August
C. leave schedule alone
3. Tires per event based on most popular return
A. open number of tires to equal number of qualifiers and main. ex. 3 quals and main = 4 sets
B. 2 sets with an additional if you make the A main
C. 3 sets only no extra
D. 2 sets only no extra
4. Trophies
A. Must have trophies for all classes "A" & "B" main weekend of race the rest due at the next race.
B. Leave trophies til next race
5. 19t Motor rules
A. stick to Roar rules only.
B. Reedy Quad magnet 19t as only spec motor
C. Open 19t to locked timing 24degree motors. (no hand wound arms)
6. Race format based upon attendance.
A. leave format at current configuration 2 quals resort 3rd qual main
B. run 3 quals on Saturday resort then 4th qual Sunday morning then the main only if there are less than 80 entries.
Must be voted on during the drivers meeting Saturday mornings
7. Start time
A. leave start time as is 1.00 pm
B. change start time to 12.00 pm
8. 12th scale motor rules
A. leave it at 4 cell 19t
B. change to open modified 4 cell
9. Mid year rules update
A. eliminate the mid year rules update
B. keep the mid year rules update
10. Attempt an indoor schedule during the summer months
A. yes
B. no
11. Exhibition classes
A yes if there are 5 or more of the same type. (does not count against promoters option)
B. no exhibition classes

Thanks for getting it together, Tim. Looking forward to racing indoors this weekend! I hope plenty of racers turn out, it'll be nice to not have a major storm headed our way.

it's ashame that only 2 people want to run for the pres? and one doesn't race on-road but want to improve upon the series?

i wish izzy the best of luck and if he is voted in i think he will try very hard to make the fsear series even better than it is today! he has alot of expierence with fsear and knows alot about the politics. it is no easy position to be in i promise. it is a second job,no doubt. izzy maybe i will see you at rpm on the 24th?

I had a idea for consideration, maybe for some upcoming year.
Give 1 or 2 bonus points for each race attended, this way, it is another incentive to attend races at the end of the year.

I'm glad to see only two people running for this position. Look at the race for prez. Bush vs Kerry. The two best choices (as picked by their parties) running head to head. Sign me up for the bonus points (I can use all the help I can get)
