I havent seen it asked yet, so here goes. What made you decide to use carpet for offroad instead of clay?

Well common sense would say for 12th scale your gonna have 17.5, 13.5 and or mod, since those are the roar classes and all. Being that the general population are to scared to run mod (despite 17.5 being just as fast) and the fact that most racers are sand baggers and feel better about beating a bunch of amateurs instead of running a class that suits their skill level, I'm going to venture to say that your going to be running 17.5, maybe with a bit of 13.5 from time to time.

just sayin'

17.5 1s in a 12th scale? Can I just put the transponder in my right shoe and run around the track? I'm gonna race a class thats way beyond my skill level and rise to the occasion. AINT SCARED and they make parts everyday.

Default track

The reason we went with Carpet instead of clay. is to keep the clay out of the pits. so it dosen't get tracked around the onroad side. Thanks Ron H,

So with this carpet track will the road course run the correct way or backwards because they will also race oval? That means Road course goes left to right and oval goes right to left.
