Twister Tires Challenge $3,000 Shootout!
This is a Non-ROAR race. We are racing for cash and prizes!!!
The race will be April 24-25, 2004 at "The Swamp" in Naples, FL
Classes:
200mm Sedan
1/10th Outlaw
1/8th Scale Open
This is a Twister Tire sponsored race and all entrants must run Twister
Tires! They will be available for purchase at the track. Here's a
schedule:
Touring $10/ pair
1/10th scale fronts $11.00
1/10th scale rear $14.00
1/8th scale fronts $14.00
1/8th scale rears $16.00
Here is the breakdown for the cash prizes:
A Main all 3 classes
1st $300.00
2nd $200.00
3rd $100.00
4th $75.00
5th $50.00
B Main all 3 classes
1st $75
2nd $50
3rd $25
C Main all 3 classes
1st $50
2nd $30
3rd $20
Fastest lap in all 3 classes in the qualifiers $25.00
Top Qualifier in each class will receive a very special prize!
Other big prizes and surprise's will be announced later. But the basic
idea is that nobody leaves empty handed!
All general rules will apply, we will tech all cars for tires and roar
specifications.
Entry Fee will be $45.00 due by April 19th. There is a limit of 100
drivers. Any entry fee that is received after that date will be $50.00.

We've got verbal commitments from racers who are goign to pay for their registrations at the sour grapes race..
If they don't get 25 pre-registered by the sour grapes, the event will be postponed to allow more racers to sign up.

We had a nice group of racers there! Peoople ran, had a good time, and some left with more money in their pockets then they started with!!
