FORGASS "Sour Grapes" Race and Awards Diner May 2nd and 3rd, 2009
 

All Right Racers:

Well its that time of year we get to reward everyone for a great job they did this past season. Here is a schedule for the weekend.

Saturday:

Track Opens at 8am. Registration is open till 9:30am. Practice till 10:45am.
We will run 2 rounds of qualifing begining at 11:00am. Track will shut down at 3:30pm. Everyone must leave the track by 4:30pm.

We will meet at Nestor's Restaurant at 6:00pm. Here is a link to his restaurant: http://gulfcoast.metromix.com/restau...703337/content

There will be a half hour of drinks and appetizers from 6:00pm to 6:30pm. At 6:30pm we will have elections for next years officers. At 7:00pm the salads will hit the table. For those who did not tell Karla what you wanted at the last race you can post it here. Choices are Prime Rib, Stuffed Flounder or Chicken Cordon Bleu. I will have tickets for you when you enter the restaurant. If you bring a guest the cost is $10.00. You must pay when you come in. Soda and Tea is included. Anything else your on your own. It will be a cash bar. I think he will have Bud and Bud light for $2.00. Please be responsible as we are in a public restaurant.

After dinner we will be doing our awards presentation and prize give aways.

Sunday:
Track will open at 8:00am, Registration til 9:00am, Practice till 9:45am.

We will start last round of qualifing at 10:00am then do mains.

The track will not be open Friday.

Dave sorry for the delay the hole family wish to come to the dinner, my wife was not sure if the kids would be invited ( it not a bar ) it look like a family restaurant so I guess it OK!
