Due to strong request for more choices, we've decided to add an additional 2 pictures: Lay outs#5 and #6, which you can see on the 1st post on this thread.

First Picture: track layouts 1 thru 4
Second Picture: track layout #5
Third Picture: track layout #6

Note: If you have already voted but would rather vote for 5 or 6, then you can edit your previus post and update your vote...but please DO NOT repost...all you have to do is look for your original post and make the change IF you did not see the recently added #5 and #6 layout pictures...

Love the sarcasm CR---can you see the tiny 1/5th comming off the sweeper

Well, even though #4 is actually a picture of the huge 1/8 track in Italy, it can be somewhat replicated at Coral Springs, but with modifications to get it to fit...I mean, in real life the #4 track is about 240X100, and with 20ft lanes We know it will never fit in our Coral Springs track which is only 140X70, but if enough people vote for it, it can be scaled down and we'll try to make it fit...even if its maybe only 12 ft lanes, and more tight & technical in some areas....but layout#3 is basically that same layout but inverted, just a bit more technical and tighter

Now get back to work

I like track 4 and 2. Having to pick just one, I would say 2.

Are we allowed to submit our own design? I just tried to layout #4 on cadd and I couldn't make it work.

I like 2 also, but you may want to look into a layout that can be changed a little bit.

I like number 2 but its only because its the only layout that is not a roval (sweeper on and off). Layout one has a chicane but still pretty much a roval. I like layout 5 if it wasnt a roval!!

It'll never work Remember track #4 is a very large 1/8 scale track in Italy, and its over 250X100 with 20ft lanes...Coral Springs is only 140X70 and the widest we can go is no more than 14ft lanes to have room in the infield to manuever.

If track #4 wins out in the end, it will have to adapted to the space we have in CS, and will only work with 12ft lanes, according to our calculations, and will need to be tweaked in a couple places. It can be done, but might not look 100% like the picture, and will have to be tighter and more technical

You guessed right Tim...layout #2 can actually be changed in 1 minute from a more open nitro and electric mod TC track, to a more technical and tight electric TC and 1/12 track. All it takes is moving 2 pipes in strategic places and presto...Great for when there's nitro only or electric only racing, or even when its mixed, we can easily change layouts in less than a minute to suite both tastes or styles
