Looks like a lot of space not used on the right. Cool to see more tracks getting attention. Hope fully they happen and can add to the racing in Florida.

Ronnie's Track
All the available area is not being used strictly for the R/C track; it will allow racers and spectators a place to watch the racing action. Space for nice patio furniture & grand stand seating = comfort and comfort = greater popularity to the “General Public”.
Since the location demands public accessibility, many things are being considered. All of these things = facility success.
Ronnie has run a very successful “Custom Car & Motorcycle Shop” there for many years. He knows a lot of “Hard Core Motor Heads” they all like “Hot Rods”. Some incredible rides have rolled out of his shop.
If his clients see how cool On-Road R/C racing can be, there will be a lot of “New Blood” for our sport. This all = more R/C racers for all the tracks and races in Florida.

this is a suggestion, not intended to step on anybody's toes, but how about a layout like this to use more track. You could still use it for what the outside line lookes like, an oval if needed. again, this is just a sugestion
